Envesko offers two methods to download data from your account in a backup form. It is the clients responsiblity, unless otherwise defined in an agreement, to maintain appropriate backups of their data as per the Terms of Service. Envesko, may on occasion, generate backups and store them on a remote backup server, however this is not an expectation of the standard service. Any backups generated and stored by Envesko are available for you to download by following these instructions:
- Login to cPanel from the Client Area
- Go to "Full Account Backups" under JetBackup
- Press "Generate Download" and wait for the Queue to finish
- You can check the Queue from the cPanel homepage under "Queues" in the JetBackup category
- When the Queue is finished, two links will appear in the Full Account Backups table, a Download and Delete Download button.
Manually generate a backup using JetBackup (recommended)
- Login to cPanel from the Client Area
- Go to "Snapshots" under JetBackup
- Press "Create Snapshot" at the top
- The page will automatically refresh the table when the Snapshot is ready
- Once ready, press the "Generate Download" and wait for the Queue to finish
- You can check the Queue from the cPanel homepage under "Queues" in the JetBackup category
- When the Queue is finished, two links will appear in the Snapshots table, Download and Delete Download.
Manually generate a backup using cPanel (legacy)
- Login to cPanel from the Client Area
- Go to "Backup" in the Files section
- Press Download a Full Account Backup (this will download all data including MySQL, Emails and Home Directory)
You can download portions of an account from this page as well by pressing the appropriate buttons or hyperlinks.
