Hosting account resources exceeded Email (Resolved)
  • Priority - High
  • Affecting System - Shared Server Host Resource Allocation System
  • Tuesday 6th November 2018 3:09 PM (GMT+0):

It has come to our attention that clients have been hitting their allocation of "shared server resource usage" and as such have been getting an Email notification about it. We are currently monitoring the situation and will investigate an increase in the allocation of resources that are currently blocking access to clients websites.  A further update will be provided once it has been determined which resource allocation needs to be increased to prevent further alerts from being sent out.

Current investigations show that the following resource allocations are being exceeded:

    • 20+ Concurrent Connections (current loads/processes to one page at once)

At this moment in time, we hope to have this fully resolved by the end of the week. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause anyone.

    Kind Regards,

    The Envesko Services Team

    UPDATE: Tuesday 6th November 2018 3:30 PM (GMT+0):

There is a possibility that there are also issues with the following areas being exceeded as well:

    • Virtual Memory Limit (how much memory the site needs to load)
    • Disk i/o rate (how fast the site can read memory/data from the drive)

We will continue to investigate and keep you updated. In the meantime, please let us know which allocations your site is exceeding so we can continue to tailor our plans to suit our clients needs.

    Thanks for understanding,

    The Envesko Services Team

    UPDATE: Wednesday 7th November 2018 5:48 PM (GMT+0):

It has also been reported that CPU usage has caused the shared limit to kick in. We are continuing to investigate and hope to have this sorted out soon.

    Kind Regards,

    The Envesko Services Team
